When will my order ship? Typically within one week from date of purchase.
How protective is your case? When using an izozzi case, the iPhone is protected by an extremely well built FormFit design of the highest quality, impact resistant Thermoplastic Urethane. The stuff looks and feels amazing while providing superior protection for your iPhone. Although our cases will handle everyday bumps and drops extremely well, we make no claims that our case will protect your iPhone unconditionally.
Will you replace my iPhone if it breaks while covered in an izozzi case? No.
Will you replace my izozzi case if it breaks? Unless broken upon receiving, full replacement of a broken case is at izozzi's discretion. Please see our Return Policy.
Do screen protectors work with your case? By design, our case wraps tightly around the front edges of the iPhone creating possible interference with most screen protectors - causing "peel back". We do not recommend screen protectors be used with our cases.
Do you include screen protectors with your case? See above.
Do instructions come with your case? No. Our case is a one piece construction that requires no assembly. Simply snap the iPhone into the case and enjoy.
Does your case fix the antenna issue? Our case is constructed of non-conducting Thermoplastic Urethane and Polycarbonate materials.
Does your case fit the iPhone 4S? Yes. Please NOTE that the mute switch on the iPhone 4S will sit slightly off-center of the open reveal. Please see the About Our Cases section showing what you can expect. Aside from the mute switch being off-center of the reveal, the case fits the iPhone 4S perfectly.
Can I get a custom case made? Yes – in quantities over 100. We do not currently support single order custom cases. For custom orders, you may contact us at sales@izozzi.com with questions or call 208-695-4119 and speak with one of us directly.
Do you intend to support other mobile devices besides Apple products? Not at this time.
Do you intend to support a notebook Art Case? Not at this time.
Will I get scratches on the surface of my izozzi case...and will it affect how the art looks? You can expect the polycarbonate gloss surface OF THE CASE to develop scratches with normal use. These scratches may be evident at certain angles in reflected light. The art image however, is assembled under the gloss surface and will never scratch or fade.
Will your case damage or scratch my iPhone? No. Our cases are FormFitting - built with a flexible outer edge and rigid back side - allowing minimal (if any) debris to pass between case and iPhone. Additionally, we've added a proprietary layer of soft vinyl to the interior of the case - providing an extra layer of protection to the rear surface of the iPhone.

How long have you been building Art Cases? We started selling our Art Cases in the spring of 2010 and we were made official in August of the same year. We're still in our infancy and loving it. Everything we do is done by our bootstraps. Lending institutions don't know our name and we're not knocking on their door. We intend to keep it this way. Simply put - we're in this because we love it. We love the art, the artists behind it, and the our customers who dare to be different.
